ANGOLA — A Michigan based company’s plans to expand in Angola are moving forward.
The Angola Common Council has approved a request for tax abatement for Precision Edge Surgical Products.
The company is planning the installation of new manufacturing equipment, as well as additional of off-site parking, a water reclamation system, and energy efficient lighting.
Precision Edge Surgical Products is a Michigan based firm. They recently purchased the industrial property located at 1910 North Wayne Street, Angola. The newly purchased property was bought in May, and is the former site for Eva-Lution.
As part of their company’s expansion in Steuben County, they plan to eventually hire 130 people at the Angola facility.
