(FORT WAYNE) - Vera Bradley plans to relocate its headquarters to the Electric Works campus by the end of the year.
The company announced it will occupy the second and third floors, along with part of the ground floor, of Building 33 at Electric Works.
Company officials said the new space will provide employees with a modern workplace designed to encourage collaboration, creativity and connection.
Martin Layding, Vera Bradley's chief operating and financial officer, said the move reflects the company's continued commitment to Fort Wayne while positioning its workforce for the future.
Electric Works lead developer Jeff Kingsbury welcomed the announcement, noting Vera Bradley's roots in Fort Wayne date back to the company's founding in 1982.
The move will place Vera Bradley alongside other businesses and organizations operating within the redeveloped Electric Works campus.
Vera Bradley expects to begin operating from the new headquarters location before the end of 2026.
