(FORT WAYNE) - The Fort Wayne TinCaps have set a new franchise record for season-ticket sales for the second straight year as Opening Week continues at Parkview Field.

The team says fans had purchased 1,783.3 full-season ticket equivalents through Wednesday, topping last year's previous record by 30.

TinCaps Vice President of Group Ticket Sales Brent Harring says the new mark reflects continued strong support from both fans and the local business community in the 17 years since Parkview Field opened.

The club is coming off another strong attendance year in 2025, when 327,542 fans came through the gates, averaging 5,118 per game.

Parkview Field was also recently recognized by Stadium Journey as Minor League Baseball's top High-A ballpark experience.

The 2026 home schedule still includes marquee dates across Mother's Day, Memorial Day weekend, Father's Day and the Fourth of July, when the country marks the 250th anniversary of American independence.

The team says season ticket packages remain available in 12-, 17-, 33-game and full-season plans.

Opening Week continues tonight with the first Thirsty Thursday of the season, featuring drink specials as the TinCaps host the Lansing Lugnuts at 7:05 p.m. at Parkview Field.
