(ANGOLA) - The Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly reports former local businessman Todd Saylor is facing another lawsuit, this time over an alleged $160,224.53 unpaid American Express business credit card balance tied to Cory Business Systems LLC.

Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly writer Lynn Thompson reports American Express National Bank filed suit March 27th in Steuben Circuit Court, alleging the company defaulted by failing to make required payments on the account.

This is the latest in a growing list of legal issues surrounding Saylor's business dealings.

A separate $7.8 million lawsuit involving Saylor's failed PayServ Systems company remains unresolved in Allen County Commercial Court, where Dunham's Athleisure has accused multiple parties tied to the company of a check-kiting scheme.

The Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly report says Saylor was served legal documents on March 27th and has 23 days to respond.
