(LIGONIER) - In a battle of two of the top teams in the area, Eastside beat Fremont 53-45 in the girls championship game of the NECC Tournament. Eastside was led by Addison Moughler with 16 points and Lucy Kitchen who had 14 points. Fremont's Grace Scharlach led her team and all scorers with 17 points. Mya Turner had 15 points on the night. Eastside improves to 17-3 overall and Fremont is 19-2.
