BRUSHY PRAIRIE, IN - It was a nail biter softball win for the varsity Lady Prairie Heights Panthers Tuesday night as they played host to the Churubusco Eagles.

Prairie Heights sealed the deal 5-4 in the 7th inning.

Panther Senior Trinity Pratt had a bat of fire hitting 2 home runs in the game. She had an opportunity for a third home run in the 6th inning stretch, but the Busco Eagles didn’t take a chance and opted to automatically walk her to first base.

A game changing moment on defense for the Panthers was when third baseman Ella Coney caught a fly ball and then hurled it to first base that was being backed up by second baseman Olivia Boots for a double out.
