(LAGRANGE) – The remarkable contributions of LaGrange County leaders and businesses was celebrated recently.
The LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce held their 2025 Annual Meeting on Thursday. The highlight of the afternoon was the announcement of the 2025 Legacy Award Winners, recognizing individuals and organizations that have made a lasting impact on the LaGrange County community and its success.
This year’s award winners are: Emilee Buller of the LaGrange County EDC as Young Professional Of The Year; Dr. Traci Blaize of the Lakeland School Corporation as Professional Of The Year; Kurt Stump of Westview Elementary School as Educator Of The Year; Music’s Heating And Cooling as Small Business Of The Year; J.O. Mory as the Large Business Of The Year; and LaGrange County Council On Aging and LCAT as the Non Profit Of The Year.
Also recognized during the event were the Director and Ambassador of the Year who went above and beyond in helping drive the Chamber’s mission forward during 2024. Sabrina Miller of Horizon Bank was named Director of the Year and Denise Landers of Crossroads United Way was named Ambassador of the Year.
The Annual Meeting also featured a recap of the Chamber’s successes in 2024 and the unveiling of strategic initiatives for 2025 aimed at bolstering local business growth and fostering stronger community connections.
