KINDERHOOK TOWNSHIP, MI – On Saturday at approximately 9:35 p.m. a motorcyclist was injured after his bike struck a deer on the corner of Southern Road and Red Oak Road in Kinderhook Township.
The driver was transported to a nearby hospital by Life Care with reported head injuries.
The name and current condition of the injured party has not yet been released.
The Michigan State Police noted that neither alcohol nor drugs were contributing factors to the accident.
