(COLDWATER) - Michigan regulators have fined Mint Cannabis in Coldwater $8,000 after inspectors found the business went more than a month without recording required security camera footage.
A routine semiannual inspection on December 22, 2025, found the store's video surveillance system was not operating.
State regulators determined there was a 34-day gap in recorded footage from November 18 through December 21, 2025.
Michigan rules require cannabis businesses to retain surveillance footage for at least 30 days.
