(FORT WAYNE) - A Fort Wayne man is accused of using the artificial intelligence chatbot Grok to create sexual content involving a 12-year-old girl.
33-year-old Andrew Murray is charged with child exploitation and possession of child sexual abuse material.
Court records say police were contacted in February by a woman who allegedly found videos on Murray's phone depicting the girl in explicit sexual scenes. Documents say she also found videos of other females on the device.
Police obtained a warrant for the phone and conducted a digital forensic examination. Investigators allegedly found multiple photos and videos of the girl.
Court documents say Murray did not speak with investigators.
A warrant has been issued for Murray's arrest. Local jail records did not show him in custody, and an initial hearing had not been scheduled.
Murray is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
