(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis man has been charged with stalking Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham.

Court documents say 49-year-old Kevin Singh was charged in Marion County with one count of stalking as a Level 6 felony, one count of intimidation as a Level 6 felony and misdemeanor harassment.

Singh was arrested Tuesday and charged Wednesday.

Officials with the Marion County Sheriff's Office were made aware earlier this month of a possible pattern of stalking and intimidation against Cunningham.

Court documents say Singh hand-delivered a package addressed to "Sophie" at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Singh initially said the package was from his daughter, but officials say it contained a Guns N' Roses T-shirt sprayed with men's cologne and a letter.

Singh is accused of sending sexually explicit messages to Cunningham. Prosecutors say security officials sent Singh a cease and desist letter in April after a high volume of unwanted posts.

Prosecutors say Singh then began sending more threatening messages.

Cunningham told investigators she first learned of Singh's posts in February after security officials made her aware of them and the package because they wanted her to be cautious of her surroundings.

Court documents say Cunningham told law enforcement she had never met Singh, never replied to him and wanted the social media posts to stop. She also said she had been staying home more, having nightmares, watching her back, feeling unsafe and fearful of Singh.

The charges also violated Singh's probation in Hendricks County, where he was charged with stalking and sentenced to home detention last year after pleading guilty to lesser charges of invasion of privacy involving a different victim.

Because of the probation violation, Singh is being held without bond.

If released before trial, Singh has been ordered to stay away from Gainbridge Fieldhouse and his alleged victims.
