(EVANSVILLE) - One of Indiana's oldest living World War II veterans has died.

Irving LeVine of Evansville passed away at the age of 104.

Honor Flight of Southern Indiana says LeVine was a former Sergeant who served in the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1942 to 1946, with tours in India and China.

LeVine worked several jobs during his life, including oil producer, training manager and salesman.

He also worked for Easterseals for many years before retiring at age 85 to become a full-time caregiver for his wife, Virginia "Gigi" LeVine.

Honor Flight says LeVine was a member of Temple Adath B'nai, an active member of Hadi Shrine for more than 50 years, a member of Mended Hearts and a volunteer for St. Mary's Auxiliary.

He was also a former member of Mason Lodge 464, where he served as president, and Scottish Rites.

LeVine flew with Honor Flight in 2015.
