(AUBURN) - The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office is rolling out a new membership program tied to the Indiana Sheriffs' Association.
Officials say the program gives residents a way to support services and resources for sheriff's offices across the state.
Membership information will be mailed to households throughout DeKalb County in the coming days.
The sheriff's office is also reassuring residents that the mailings are legitimate.
