(GARRETT) – A Garrett man has been arrested on multiple charges.
The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office say at 3:46 PM Friday, detectives who are partnered with the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested 69 year old Donald G. Tully after conducting an investigation, stemming from cyber tips received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Tully is being held in the DeKalb County Jail on three counts of possession of child pornography, which are all level 5 felonies.
The matter is still under investigation.
